Can you adapt the activity to a large group or mixed fitness levels?
Yes. We design for the real group, including differences in age, fitness and restrictions. Tell us what your team is like and we will build that in.
Do you only do team building, or multi-day retreats as well?
Both. It can be a single integration day near San José or a multi-day retreat in another destination, depending on what you need.
Can you take care of transport and meals?
Yes. We coordinate those pieces with local partners so you have one contact. We spell it out in the proposal.
How is the budget set?
We talk it through at the start and the proposal is built within that frame, so we can see together what is in and what is not before you decide.
